5. Payment and Refunds

All services are subject to the pricing listed at the time of purchase or outlined in a custom proposal. Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds may be provided at Riganoly’s sole discretion and are typically only considered in cases of:

• Failure to deliver services within an agreed timeframe.
• Material breach of the scope or expectations defined in a signed agreement.
• A refund request made within 14 calendar days of payment, provided that no work has commenced on the agreed service. In such cases, you are eligible for a full refund. Once any preparatory or strategic work has begun, partial or full refunds will no longer be applicable.

6. Confidentiality

Riganoly agrees to keep all client data, business information, analytics, and strategies confidential and not disclose them to any third party without prior consent, unless required by law.

7. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

Some services may require integration with or analysis of third-party platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar). You are responsible for ensuring proper access and compliance with those platforms’ terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riganoly.com shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential losses.
• Business interruption or lost profits.
• Decisions made based on our recommendations or analysis.

All services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our Services without notice if:

• Illegal or harmful behavior is detected.
• There is non-payment for rendered services.

Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will cease.
